QA Admin/Doc Control (Part-Time)

The QA Admin position will report directly to the Quality Assurance/Document Control department – Handling copy work, filing, scanning and eventually document processing. Candidates should be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Outlook/email. Access 2010 database as well as a documentation background is a plus.

Facilities Tech

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the overall functionality of the equipment and facility resources used in the production process, Hazardous Waste Handling and disposal along with general maintenance and other duties as required by the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing production, packaging and support equipment
  • Perform installations, configuration and PM as required
  • Maintain detailed equipment records – calibration, PM, repair, etc.
  • Provide in process support for all production equipment
  • Maintain Calibration Records and data for equipment calibrated onsite and by offsite service providers
  • Hazardous waste and emergency coordination
  • Maintain satellite and mass accumulation area?s hazardous chemicals for disposal
  • Maintain and respond to freezer alarm system as needed, to include off hours and weekends as available
  • Assist with other departments with any issues or workflow problems that may arise through daily operations. Including picking, packing, shipping and other tasks required to complete production goals
  • Assist as backup with lab or facilities needs for Cummings Park as needed
  • Maintain shop and repair tools along with other equipment or supplies needed for daily operations
  • General facility maintenance as required

  • Associates degree or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
