From Logan Airport
Take the Route 1A North ramp towards Revere/Lynn, and follow halfway around the first rotary, turning onto Route 60 West. Follow Route 60 West for about two miles. Take the Route 1 North exit and follow the ramp towards Route I-95/Saugus/NH/Maine. Follow Route 1 for about seven miles into Lynnfield. Take the combined Route I-95 North/Route 128 North exit (after going through short tunnel). When I-95 and Route 128 split, stay left on Route 128 North toward Gloucester. Shortly after passing two large shopping malls on your left, take Exit 22E onto Route 62 East. Follow Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on your left. At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left into Cummings Center.

From the West

From Route 128/I-95 Northbound (from Woburn):
Follow I-95/ Rt. 128 north until the road splits. Remain on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester . Take Exit 22E (Route 62 to Beverly). Take a right off of the exit onto Route 62 (Elliott Street). Follow Route 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately two miles. Cummings Center is located on the left, across from McDonald's.

Upon entering the parking lot from Elliott Street, Building 100 is the first building located on the right. Keeping Building 100 on your right, look for the green "135Q" banner on the side of the building, approximately 400 yards from the security guardhouse. Enter through the door labeled 135Q. Follow the corridor to the 4-way intersection. The elevator will be immediately the left, our offices are on the 3rd floor. Enzymatics' reception is outside the elevator to the slight left in suite 336H.

From the South (from Logan Airport/Boston)
From Route 93 Northbound:
Follow Route 93 Northbound to the junction of I-95/Rt. 128 North. Follow I-95/Rt. 128 North until the road splits. Remain on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester. Take Exit 22E (Route 62 to Beverly). Take a right off of the exit onto Route 62 (Elliott Street). Follow Route 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately two miles. Cummings Center will be on the left, across from McDonald's.

From Route 1 Northbound:
Follow Rt. 1 to the junction of I-95/Rt. 128 North. Follow I-95/ Rt. 128 North until the road splits. Remain on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester. Take Exit 22E (Route 62 to Beverly). Take a right off of the exit onto Route 62 (Elliott Street). Follow Route 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately two miles and you will see the Cummings Center on your left, across from McDonald's.
