Shipping/Packaging:

Enzymatics shipping containers are designed to preserve product function by maintaining a chilled environment.  We use cold packs or dry ice to produce a low-temperature state inside well-sealed, insulated cartons selected based on the physical volume of the shipment and the anticipated transit time (certain international destinations require 5 days of preservation).  Our products are generally provided in a 50% glycerol-containing storage solution, and each product is thoroughly tested for its ability to maintain 100% activity after prolonged exposure to temperatures ranging from 10 to -70° Celsius, including freeze-thaw cycle testing at -70° C. 

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Enzymatics provides same-day shipping service on orders for in-stock items placed by 2:30 pm (EST) Monday- Thursday.  All orders for in-stock items received after 2:30 pm (EST) will ship the next business day. Orders for in-stock items received after 2:30 pm (EST) on Friday will ship the following Monday.   Certain conditions beyond our control (weather, shipping carrier failures) may impact our ability to release orders as described above.

International Shipping Policy:

For orders of in-stock items placed by 2:30pm (EST) Monday through 2:30pm (EST) Friday, Enzymatics will use best efforts to ship on Friday of the same week. For orders received from 2:30 pm (EST) Friday though 2:30pm (EST) Monday, Enzymatics will use best efforts to ship on that Monday.

Product Damage/Replacement Policy:

Products damaged due to delays in transit will be replaced at no charge, based on the above shipping schedule.
