From Logan Airport
Take the Route 1A North ramp towards Revere/Lynn, and follow halfway around the first rotary, turning onto Route 60 West. Follow Route 60 West for about two miles. Take the Route 1 North exit and follow the ramp towards Route I-95/Saugus/NH/Maine. Follow Route 1 for about seven miles into Lynnfield. Take the combined Route I-95 North/Route 128 North exit (after going through short tunnel). When I-95 and Route 128 split, stay left on Route 128 North toward Gloucester. Shortly after passing two large shopping malls on your left, take Exit 22E onto Route 62 East. Follow Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on your left. At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left into Cummings Center.

From Route 128/I-95 Northbound (from Woburn):
Follow I-95/ Rt. 128 north until the road splits. Remain on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester. Take Exit 22E (Route 62 to Beverly). Take a right off of the exit onto Route 62 (Elliott Street). Follow Route 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately two miles. Cummings Center is located on the left, across from McDonald’s.
Upon entering the parking lot from Elliott Street, Building 100 is the first building located on the right. Park anywhere in front of the building (short term parking spaces are designated closest to the main entrances). Enter the front of the building using the 100-L entrance, next to the Danversbank sign. Walk past the lobby turning right at the end of the hall where you will come upon a set of elevators. Take elevator to the 4th floor, exit to the right, and arrive at Enzymatics on the right (Suite 407J).
From the South (from Logan Airport/Boston)
From Route 93 Northbound:
Follow Route 93 Northbound to the junction of I-95/Rt. 128 North. Follow I-95/Rt. 128 North until the road splits. Remain on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester. Take Exit 22E (Route 62 to Beverly).
